Term-Time Only Payments

This type of payment is used for our term-time pre-school and beginner programmes. In order to secure a place on an upcoming term, the total term payment is required in advance at the time of booking. Please note these places are NOT automatically renewed so you must book onto each new term. Information about term fees will be emailed through the parent portal and can also be found on posters at the pick up area, they will also state a ‘payment deadline’ date which fees should be received by. After this date, fees are subject to a £10 late fee and places on the new term will be offered to those on our waiting list. Payment must now be made by bank transfer. Please be aware that if you turn up on the first day back of term without pre-booking a place, it is unlikely that there will be any spaces remaining.

45 min class            = £6.00 per week
1 hour class            = £6.60 per week
1.5 hour class         = £8.40 per week

Cancellation Policy
If your child decides to stop their current class, please email gymtime@hotmail.co.uk to confirm they will not be re-enrolling on the next term. Advance term fees are non-refundable.

FULL TIME CLASSES

Monthly standing order payments
Our monthly payments are used for all full-time recreational and squad groups and must be set up to reach our account on the 4th of every month. The club has no control over standing order payments, these must be set-up by the bill payer and amended accordingly.

Prices per month –  2023
45 min –         £25.00
1 hour –          £27.50
1.5 hours –    £35.00

Gymnasts who are invited to train more than 1.5hrs per week are subject to a discounted hourly rates.

The correct fees must be paid as requested otherwise this may result in your child not being accepted into activity until full payment is received. The club reserves the right to charge a reasonable administration fee for chasing late payments.

Cancellation Policy:
Full-time members must give 1 full months notice in writing (preferably by email), and pay any outstanding fees including the notice period.

Annual Club Membership & Insurance Fees 2022/2023

 

Membership and insurance is valid from 1st October – 30th September each year and must be paid within 2 weeks of joining the club. Fees includes gymnastics membership with unique number and accident insurance for gymnasts. Membership fees are non-refundable.
= £25.00 per annum.
